Registration

To register for the Summer School, please complete this form.

Registration includes Welcome Reception (walking dinner) on Monday, June 05 and the banquet on Thursday evening, June 08.

Cancellations requests should be made in email to www-croatia@science.ru.nl. Those sent by May 01, 2017 will receive a full refund less 150 EUR to cover engaged expenses. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

Stipends

A limited number of stipends to cover the registration fee, limited traveling costs, and possibly accommodation are available to students who cannot afford to attend the Summer School otherwise.

Please, include your affiliation, short CV and an estimate of your travel expenses in the request. A motivation letter (should be sent via email by your supervisor) is also required.
Note we will give priority to students from less well-off institutions and those who have not received stipends before.

Stipend applicants will be informed about the outcome of their applications by end of March.
