Accommodation and hotel booking

This page will allow you to make a reservation in a hotel of the Solaris Resort, the venue of the summer school.

Participants of the summer school can benefit from a special rate. Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee for the summer school.

Rooms are guaranteed until the 30th of April, 2017. Prices are valid during the event and 1 day before and after the event for a longer stay of the participants.

In case you want to share a double room and you are looking for someone to share the room with, please send an e-mail (before May 01) to www-croatia@science.ru.nl with a subject Accommodation Sharing.

To reserve your accommodation, please fill out the hotel registration form and send it either via fax or e-mail to the number/address as listed in the Accommodation form (and not to the www-croatia@science.ru.nl). You can also book your accommodation online, with booking code CRYPTO2017 to benefit from discounted prices.
