Welcome to the home page of the Summer school on real-world crypto and privacy. It will take place in Šibenik (Croatia) from 31 May - 05 June 2015.

The summer school is jointly organized by the Digital Security (DS) group, Radboud University, The Netherlands, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Zagreb, Croatia and KU Leuven, Belgium.

The school aims at bringing together PhD students, postdoc researchers and security experts from industry. The focus of the summer school is on public-key cryptography and applications:


  • Side Channel and Fault injection attacks and Countermeasures
  • Provable security
  • Physical attacks
  • Lightweight and Real-world cryptography
  • Secure implementations in hardware and software
  • Mathematics of public-key cryptography
