Accommodation and hotel booking
This page will allow you to make a reservation in a hotel of the Solaris Resort, the venue of the summer school.
Participants to the summer school can benefit from a special rate. Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee for the summer school.
Rooms are guaranteed until the 30th of April, 2016. Prices are valid during the event and 1 day before and after the event for a longer stay of the participants.
In case you want to share a double room and you are looking for someone to share the room with, please send an e-mail (before May 01) to www-croatia@science.ru.nl with a subject Accommodation Sharing.
To reserve your accommodation, please fill out the hotel registration form and send it either via fax or e-mail to the number/address as listed in the Accommodation form (and not to the www-croatia@science.ru.nl). You can also book your accommodation online, with booking code CRYPTO2016 to benefit from discounted prices.Please note that lunch is included in the half-board arrangements of all hotels. You will book it with your hotel of choice but we have arranged to have all lunches at Hotel Ivan (instead of dinners) for the duration of the Summer School. On Wednesday (June 08), since there will be lunch provided during the excursion, as an exception, you will get dinner at your hotel on that day. For the non-School days, you will get dinner (instead of lunch) at the hotel where you are staying.
